Job summary

Lundbeck Krakow is seeking an experienced Finance Team Manager to lead a team of around 10 finance professionals and oversee accounting-to-reporting, including financial, statutory and tax reporting.

You will partner with Finance Directors, HQ and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality reporting and internal controls, develop your team, and drive transformation initiatives within the GBS Krakow organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years combined accounting and finance experience including financial controlling, statutory financial statements and tax reporting.
• Strong knowledge of International Accounting Standards (IAS/IFRS) and taxation with related degree.
• Proven experience in managing and developing teams of finance professionals and handling senior stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP, BW/BI and MS Office.
• Fluent English skills (C1) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of around 10 finance professionals, including Financial Controllers and Chief Accountants.
• Own the accounting-to-reporting process delivery, including financial, statutory and tax reporting.
• Drive A2R strategy, improvements and transformation initiatives.
• Partner with Finance Directors, HQ, GBS Functional Managers and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality reporting and strong internal controls.
