Lundbeck Krakow is seeking a Finance Team Manager to lead a team of around 10 finance professionals and drive accounting-to-reporting excellence across financial, statutory and tax reporting. You will shape the A2R strategy, partner with Finance Directors and HQ, and deliver high-quality reporting with strong internal controls.

At least 8 years of accounting and finance experience.
University degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
Experience with SAP and data reporting.
Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.

Drive A2R strategy and transformation initiatives.
