Job summary

Dentons is recruiting a Finance Systems Analyst responsible for technical support, system analysis and administration of the firm’s financial systems (Elite 3E, Intapp Time and Emburse), following a multi-year Practice Management System implementation. The role supports the UK region and operates in a hybrid pattern with Warsaw presence 1–2 days a week.

Qualifications

• Strong Elite 3E experience and knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills; collaborative across offices.
• Analytical skills with good organisational and project management.
• Aptitude for absorbing information quickly and learning new tech.
• Experience with IT/Finance operations and audits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring and data integrity checks for financial systems.
• System administration and support for Elite 3E, Intapp Time, Emburse, Enable; analyze data feeds for accurate integration.
• Handle missing time queries from Legal Service and Business Service colleagues.
• Administer system access control and configure security; assist with audits.
• Respond to queries via email, phone, and ITSM; manage Month End rostered duties.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams; escalate issues as needed.
• Provide timely status reports to management; support process documentation.
