Job summary

Dentons Business Services EMEA is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst on an 18-month fixed-term contract in Warsaw. You will provide technical support, system analysis, and administration for the firm's core financial tools including Elite 3E, Intapp Time, and Emburse.

The role emphasizes system best practices and delivering high-quality service. You will work with business and IT teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure data integrity, effective integration, and robust security.

Qualifications

• Strong Elite 3E experience and knowledge.
• Experience supporting business-critical applications in a finance/IT context.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring and data integrity checks for financial systems.
• System administration and support for Elite 3E, Intapp Time, Emburse, Enable (ERM).
• Managing data feeds and integrations to ensure accuracy.
• Handling access control and security configurations.
• Liaising with vendors and supporting testing and upgrades.
• Producing timely status reports to management.
