Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Finance Systems Lead to take ownership of the IBM Planning Analytics platform and drive financial accuracy across EME real estate operations.

This role focuses on financial modelling and business partnering rather than system administration, requiring strong FP&A experience and understanding of financial statements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A / finance within complex, multi-entity environments.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and consolidation.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Planning Analytics / TM1.
• Comfortable engaging with senior finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own financial models, hierarchies, and governance in TM1.
• Ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation across multiple entities.
• Partner with FP&A, CFO teams, and IT on data and system improvements.
• Oversee integration with D365 and other data sources.
• Drive scenario modelling, automation, and continuous improvement.
