Job summary

micro1 is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert who will evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs and support financial reporting. The role focuses on ensuring accuracy across journal entries, month-end close, and ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, and QuickBooks. Remote worldwide, flexible schedule.

Experience in AI training or human data evaluation is required, with strong English communication and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting background with strong knowledge of finance processes.
• Experience with ERP and financial systems to support accounting operations.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide actionable feedback.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and accounting treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify accounting errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies and provide appropriate corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess accounting workflows and financial systems logic across platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply written rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios, examples, and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.
