Job summary

Schneider Electric Warsaw is seeking an experienced Finance/Project Controls professional to deliver high quality financial insights from ERP improvements and encashments. You will identify process improvements, mitigate risks, and ensure strong financial control across projects.

The role requires 2+ years in a multinational context (5 years total preferred), with a degree in Finance or Accounting, and fluency in English and Polish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a multinational company in a similar role or total experience of 5+ years preferred.
• Very good command of English and Polish; ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead high quality financial insight through ERP improvements and encashments.
• Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes.
• Be a strong partner in identifying risk before and during project execution and translate it to financial terms.
• Identify gaps from targets and actively work to eliminate them.
• Participate in Project Reviews and monitor financial performance, tracking scope, schedule, and cost changes.
• Lead group reporting within deadlines and ensure accuracy.
• Expertise in Project Controls Methodologies per finance rules.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, cost estimates, and cash flow reports; manage change documentation.
