Job summary

Schneider Electric in Warsaw is seeking an experienced treasury professional to support daily cash management, banking operations, and risk mitigation within a multinational finance team.

The role requires strong analytical skills, 5+ years in treasury or corporate banking, and fluent English. The position offers hybrid work, a clear development path, and extensive onboarding with learning platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or a related field from a leading educational institution.
• At least 5 years of experience in Treasury and/or Corporate Banking.
• Proven experience managing relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure entities have cash to operate daily.
• Ensure security of bank transactions.
• Manage bank accounts and approve signatories changes.
• Daily cash management and minimize excess cash.
• Monitor cash reports and forecasts on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Support deployment of group tools and processes (cash pool, netting, internal systems).
