Job summary
Schneider Electric in Warsaw is seeking a Business Finance Data, AI & Automation Lead to transform how finance teams use data, AI, and automation to drive value. You will bridge Finance, Data Experts, and Tech teams, ensuring trusted data and scalable solutions.
You will own the roadmap for reporting, AI initiatives, and data pipelines while coordinating across stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes and promote governance and best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in data, BI, finance transformation, or related field.
- Strong data architecture, modelling, and data pipelines knowledge.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a complex, international setting.
- Knowledge of FP&A, Controlling, or Performance Management processes.
- Experience with Power BI, Excel, SAP or similar tools.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the Business Finance reporting roadmap and AI initiatives.
- Prioritize requests balancing value, priorities, risks and capacity.
- Refine requirements to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Process Experts, Data Analysts, IT and Data Platform Owners.
- Ensure reliable, reconciled data for reporting and decision-making.
- Identify data gaps and coordinate new datasets and pipelines.
- Promote data governance, ownership, access management and standards.
- Drive standardization and reuse of solutions across teams.
- Lead the Business Finance AI & Automation Community.
