Kyriba in Warsaw is seeking a Director of Treasury Functional Engineering to lead the unified engineering pillar for core Treasury capabilities across cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and payments controls.

You will own strategy, execution, and health of the organization, building autonomous squads, promoting AI-enabled forecasting, and ensuring scalable, reliable services for treasury workflows.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience leading multi-squad engineering in SaaS/Fintech.
• Deep domain knowledge of treasury-related cash, liquidity, payments.
• Hands-on with distributed systems, API-first, event-driven designs.
• Strong strategic planning and executive communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year engineering strategy for Cash, Liquidity, and Payments.
• Lead cross-functional squads with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
• Embed AI capabilities into forecasting, monitoring, and decision support.
