Job summary

Intersect MBO, a Cardano governance body, seeks a hands‑on Finance & Operations Manager to run day‑to‑day financial operations and support broader operational activity. You will ensure accurate reporting, controls and governance, working with a fractional CFO and Head of Operations.

You will coordinate budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, maintain robust financial systems, and support cross‑functional initiatives across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong practical Finance experience within a scalable organisation.
• Experience coordinating day-to-day financial operations and reporting.
• Budgets, forecasting, management reporting and financial controls.
• Ability to work with accountants, auditors and senior Finance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of Intersect’s Finance function and related processes.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting with accuracy.
• Maintain cash position visibility and oversee payments, reconciliations and close processes.
• Maintain documentation supporting financial processes, controls and decisions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
• Coordinate audit preparation and statutory reporting with advisers.
