Job summary

Ferrovial Construction in Kraków is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the Polish branch's financial matters and lead the project finance team on major infrastructure programs.

You will partner with the Project Director and Commercial teams, drive budgeting and forecasting, ensure robust controls, and report to Ferrovial Head Office and JV partners while interacting with the Senior Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accountancy or finance.
• Substantial experience as Project Accountant / Financial Controller in construction projects.
• Proven track record of delivery and team management experience.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Leadership skills.
• Ability to interact with the Senior Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all financial matters of the branch of FC UK in Poland.
• Oversees all Finance Team in a project.
• Maintains budget update process, providing guidance and advice to Project Managers/Directors/Controls.
• Advises SLT / Board in commercial strategies to maximise profit and cash flow.
• Oversees financial reporting to Ferrovial Head Office and JV partners, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Ensures risk controls are properly implemented and evidenced.
