Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (HEINEKEN Global Shared Services) is seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, and profitability analysis. You will coordinate daily team activities, drive standardization and process improvements, and ensure robust controls and reporting in line with group requirements.

The role emphasizes people leadership, mentoring the FP&A team, and forming strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance or accounting.
• CIMA/ACCA qualified or education in progress.
• 6+ years of experience in financial controlling, planning, and financial analysis.
• 4+ years in people management, preferably expert teams.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Excellent relationship-building and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proficient English communications (B2/C1).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise FP&A daily activities and processes.
• Drive transformations, standardization, and process improvements in FP&A.
• Oversee integration and use of financial software to automate FP&A processes.
• Ensure processes and controls comply with group requirements and policies.
• Ensure service delivery within SLAs and KPIs; act as escalation point.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to FP&A team.
• Lead and develop FP&A professionals; plan succession.
• Align department goals with strategy and break down silos.
