Job summary

Goldman Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager for our client in the electronics sector. The role involves taking ownership of Polish finance processes, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning, and directly supporting local management with strategic decisions.

You will coordinate monthly and annual closes, oversee external accounting and tax providers, and ensure compliance with Polish regulations and Group policies while improving reporting tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in controlling, financial management or reporting.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial analysis skills.
• Good understanding of Polish regulations and tax.
• Experience with external accounting or tax providers beneficial.
• Fluent in Polish and English; international exposure is a plus.

Job description

For our Client, an international company operating in the electronics industry, we are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager who will independently manage the key finance processes of the Polish entity.

Responsibilities:

• leading budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning,
• monitoring financial performance, liquidity and working capital,
• preparing management reports, variance analyses and financial recommendations,
• supporting local management in operational and strategic decision-making,
• coordinating monthly and annual closing processes,
• overseeing external accounting, payroll and tax providers,
• ensuring compliance with Polish regulations and Group policies,
• cooperating with auditors, banks and Group Finance,
• improving financial processes, internal controls and reporting tools.

Requirements:

• at least 5 years of experience in controlling, financial management or reporting,
• strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial analysis,
• good understanding of accounting and Polish tax regulations,
• experience in cooperating with external accounting or tax providers,
• strong business orientation, independence and ownership,
• fluent Polish and English,
• experience in an international organisation would be an advantage.
