Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in controlling, financial management or reporting.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial analysis.
• Good understanding of accounting and Polish tax regulations.
• Experience in cooperating with external accounting or tax providers.
• Strong business orientation, independence and ownership.
• Fluent Polish and English.
• Experience in an international organisation would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Leading budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning
• Monitoring financial performance, liquidity and working capital
• Preparing management reports, variance analyses and financial recommendations
• Supporting local management in operational and strategic decision-making
• Coordinating monthly and annual closing processes
• Overseeing external accounting, payroll and tax providers
• Ensuring compliance with Polish regulations and Group policies
• Cooperating with auditors, banks and Group Finance
