Job summary

Roche Diagnostics Polska sp. z o.o. in Warsaw is seeking a Finance Controller to oversee month-end closing, ensure IFRS-compliant reporting, and support budgeting and cost control across the affiliate.

You will collaborate with Group functions, drive process improvements, and coordinate annual budget cycles. Proficiency in SAP, Tableau, English and Polish is required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in management or affiliate finance.
• Strong controlling and reporting skills.
• Experience with SAP and Tableau.
• Systems thinking across processes.
• English and Polish proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor month end closing tasks.
• Prepare reports for affiliate to track performance vs budget.
• Maintain robust reporting systems and controls.
• Lead annual budget process for finance and organization.
• Drive continuous improvements through standardized processes.
