Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Kraków seeks an Application Manager to own a portfolio of global Finance applications, focusing on BlackLine. You will collaborate with Finance stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to identify improvements and drive usage of BlackLine across processes.

You will also manage additional Finance applications and subscription services, contributing to projects and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring governance and reporting standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in Application Management or AMS in a global/complex organization.
• Hands-on BlackLine experience and knowledge of its configuration.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of BlackLine and other portfolio applications.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, and external partners.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and ticket trends; manage service performance.
• Coordinate incidents, changes, and releases per governance processes.
• Lead application enhancements, upgrades, and project implementations.
• Maintain clear reporting on status, risks, and decisions.
