Job summary

AVON COSMETICS POLSKA SP. Z.O.O. in Poland seeks a Finance Analyst on a temporary cover basis to support monthly financial reporting and accounting activities for UK entities, collaborating with global finance teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

You will reconcile intercompany transactions, contribute to process improvements, and provide analysis to support decision-making, with IFRS knowledge and strong Excel and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• A degree or master's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• At least 2 years in a finance or accounting role with IFRS knowledge.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly accounting and reporting for UK entities.
• Review and reconcile intercompany transactions, royalties, dividends, accruals, and FX movements.
• Collaborate with global and local reporting teams to ensure timely financial reporting.
• Maintain compliance with financial policies, procedures and controls.
• Provide financial analysis to support business decisions.

You'll work closely with finance stakeholders across multiple markets, helping to reconcile key financial transactions and provide valuable insights that support business decision-making.
