Job summary

Black & Decker Limited BV (POL Branch) is seeking a Total Trade Solutions Specialist to drive field-based sales across Poland. You will meet customers on site, demonstrate DEWALT tools, and close deals while building strong relationships with construction and trade clients.

You should be commercially driven, confident presenting to customers, and capable of thriving in a field role with regular travel. A Polish and English language capability and a valid driver’s licence are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or field sales or a customer-facing commercial role.
• Strong relationship building and communication abilities.
• Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with commercial drive.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach companies involved in construction and trade projects.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers through direct outreach.
• Arrange and conduct meetings at customer sites and demonstrations of DEWALT tools.
• Demonstrate DEWALT solutions in real working environments and gather feedback.
• Drive opportunities from first contact through order closure.
