Responsibilities

• Prepare regular reports, summaries, analyses, and presentations for the Sales Department.
• Analyze data from SAP and Excel to support commercial decision‑making.
• Reconcile and monitor budgets related to additional sales representatives’ expenses.
• Provide ongoing operational and administrative support to the Sales team.
• Maintain, update, and verify customer, order, sales, and financial data in internal systems.
• Support the flow of information between Sales and Finance, Logistics, Marketing, and Customer Service.

The Job

As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be part of our Sales Team. You’ll get to:

• prepare regular reports, summaries, analyses, and presentations for the Sales Department
• analyze business data extracted from SAP and Excel to support commercial decision‑making
• reconcile and monitor budgets related to additional sales representatives’ expenses
• provide ongoing operational and administrative support to the Sales team
• maintain, update, and verify customer, order, sales, and financial data in internal systems
• support the smooth flow of information between Sales and other departments, particularly Finance, Logistics, Marketing, and Customer Service
• monitor order‑related processes, deadlines, and irregularities
• contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting quality, data accuracy, and sales support processes
