Stanley Black & Decker Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Total Trade Solutions Team Leader to manage a field-based sales team across Poland. You will lead, coach, and develop the Total Trade Solutions Specialists to drive performance, engagement, and growth while setting objectives and delivering regular feedback.

The Job

As the Total Trade Solutions Team Leader, you’ll be part of our sales team working as a field employee. You’ll get to:

• Lead, coach, and develop the Job Total Trade Solutions Specialists team to drive performance, engagement, and growth.
• Set objectives, monitor results, and provide regular feedback aligned with business goals.
• Conduct performance reviews, development planning, and capability-building for team members.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-performing talent.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
• Define team operating models, priorities, and field execution standards to ensure consistent delivery.
• Oversee site assessments, reporting, solution recommendations, follow-up activities, and resource allocation.
• Analyze field trends, customer challenges, and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and strategic recommendations.
• Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver practical, value-driven solutions and support business growth.
• Drive process standardization, compliance, governance, and scalable improvements across the Job Site Solutions program.

Polish fluent and English communicative. Prior people management or team leadership experience. Significant professional experience in technical consulting, field operations, technical sales, operational excellence, construction, industrial environments, or a related discipline. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.

Salary Range: 104 500 - 150 000 PLN gross annually. This is the lowest to highest salary range we would pay at the time of this posting. The salary offered in the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job related knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience. The salary range listed in this job posting reflects the range for the primary location specified. The salary range may vary for other locations.
