You will lead, coach, and develop the Total Trade Solutions Specialists to drive performance, engagement, and growth while setting objectives and delivering regular feedback.

Qualifications

• Polish fluent and English communicative.
• Prior people management or team leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead field-based or customer-facing teams in a structured, performance-oriented environment.
• Significant professional experience in technical consulting, field operations, technical sales, operational excellence, construction, or related discipline.

• Set objectives, monitor results, and provide regular feedback aligned with business goals.
