Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. seeks a Total Trade Solutions Specialist for Poland. This field-based role focuses on construction and trade projects, meeting customers on-site and demonstrating DEWALT solutions in real working environments.

You will build relationships, identify opportunities, and drive sales from initial contact to closing, traveling regularly to customer and investment sites with a commercially driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or field sales or a similar customer-facing commercial role.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Polish and English, valid driver’s license, willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach companies involved in construction and trade-related projects.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers through direct outreach and regular contact.
• Arrange and conduct meetings at customer sites, including construction and investment locations.
• Demonstrate DEWALT tools and solutions in real working environments.
• Understand customer needs, current tool usage, and day-to-day job site challenges.
• Drive opportunities from first contact through demonstration to order closure.
• Identify upselling opportunities and support growth within existing accounts.
• Gather customer and market feedback and share insights with internal teams.
