Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. seeks a Total Trade Solutions Specialist to drive field-based sales with construction and trade clients in Poland. You will demonstrate DEWALT solutions on-site and close opportunities. You’ll engage at investment sites and grow existing accounts.

The Job

The Total Trade Solutions Specialist is a field-based sales role focused on reaching companies involved in construction and trade projects, meeting customers on-site, and demonstrating DEWALT solutions in real working environments. This position combines business development, relationship building, hands-on product demonstrations, and sales closing. It is ideal for someone who is commercially driven, confident in front of customers, and comfortable working in the field.

As a Total Trade Solutions Specialist, you’ll be part of our Sales Team. You’ll get to:

• Identify and approach companies involved in construction and trade-related projects.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers through direct outreach and regular contact.
• Arrange and conduct meetings at customer sites, including construction and investment locations.
• Demonstrate DEWALT tools and solutions in real working environments.
• Understand customer needs, current tool usage, and day-to-day job site challenges.
• Recommend solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and job site performance.
• Drive opportunities from first contact through demonstration to order closure.
• Identify upselling opportunities and support growth within existing accounts.
• Gather customer and market feedback and share insights with internal teams.
• Represent the DEWALT brand professionally and promote safe, effective tool usage.

About You

• Good understanding of tools, equipment, and practical job site applications, ideally within construction, industrial, or trade-related environments.
• A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset combined with commercial drive and the ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
• Fluency in Polish and English, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel regularly to customer and investment sites.
