Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Sales Team Leader to guide the field sales team in Poland, driving the execution of the sales plan in the modern channel and building capabilities across the team.

You will set and track goals, monitor performance, and report to the Sales Manager Poland while engaging with key customers to sustain growth and market share.

As the Sales Team Leader, you’ll be part of our sales team working as a field employee.

Salary Range: 104 500 - 167 900 PLN gross annually. This is the lowest to highest salary range we would pay at the time of this posting. The salary offered in the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job related knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience.
