Job summary

Energy Jobline is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join a rapidly growing UK-based specialist in aesthetic laser systems and medical devices. You will install, commission, and hand over systems, perform preventative maintenance, fault-finding, and remote/on-site support within the London & Home Counties region.

The ideal candidate has field service experience, preferably with aesthetic lasers or healthcare equipment, holds a UK driving licence, and can travel across the M25 with some broader

Qualifications

• Previous Field Service Engineer experience.
• Ideally from the aesthetic laser industry.
• Experience working on medical devices, laser systems, beauty technology, healthcare equipment or similar high‑value technical equipment.
• Strong electrical and electro‑mechanical fault‑finding skills.
• Customer‑focused and professional approach.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning and customer handover of advanced aesthetic and medical systems.
• Planned preventative maintenance and calibration work.
• Fault-finding and repair of electrical, electronic and mechanical issues.
• Providing technical support to customers both remotely and on‑site.
• Working closely with a small, supportive engineering team.
• Majority of travel within the M25 region, with occasional travel further afield when required.
