Job summary
Philips, a global health technology company, seeks a Field Service Engineer in Białystok to service, maintain and troubleshoot medical devices across the region.
You will respond to emergencies, perform preventive maintenance, and collaborate with logistics and clinical teams to ensure devices are ready when needed.
A technical degree and English/Polish language skills are required; a driver’s license and willingness to travel are also essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong electronics and IT knowledge with ability to troubleshoot complex medical equipment.
- Polish and English at least B2 level; driving license and willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and troubleshoot Philips Healthcare equipment to the highest quality standards.
- Respond to emergency equipment failures and provide timely on-site support.
- Perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, and corrective repairs to keep systems running reliably.
- Collaborate with technical support, logistics, and customers to deliver exceptional service.
- Continuously develop expertise by learning about the latest healthcare technologies.
