Job summary

Field Service Engineer position in Białystok for Philips Healthcare. You will service, maintain and troubleshoot medical equipment, supporting hospitals in the region. The role blends technical field work with customer interaction, requiring ongoing learning in evolving healthcare tech.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant engineering degree, with 0–2 years of device servicing experience, and are ready to travel. Proficiency in Polish and English (B2) is essential, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Strong foundations in electronics and IT/computer systems.
Solid understanding of electronics and computer-based systems for diagnosing complex medical equipment.
0–2 years of experience servicing medical devices.
Willingness to travel and valid driver's license.
Polish and English at least B2 level for documentation and trainings.

Responsibilities

Service, maintain, and troubleshoot Philips Healthcare equipment to high quality standards.
Respond to emergency equipment failures with timely on-site support when required.
Perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, and corrective repairs.
Collaborate with technical support, logistics, and customers to deliver service.
Continuously develop expertise in the latest healthcare technologies.
Ensure critical medical devices are ready when needed to support patient care.
