Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to visit customers across Histopathology equipment, performing maintenance, repairs, fault analysis and installation. The role is based in Poland and part of the North Europe Service Team with fully remote options.

Expect up to 80% travel, valid driver’s license, reporting via Salesforce, and close collaboration with Field Support to deliver industry-leading after-sales service.

Qualifications

• Must have Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical or Biomedical qualification or related experience.
• Proficient in MS Office with CRM tools such as SFDC.
• Fluent Polish; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Carry out on-site installation and maintenance of Histopathology equipment.
• Deliver accurate reporting and timely submissions in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Field Support Team to ensure high-quality after-sales service within KPI targets.
