Qualifications

Experience in technical sales, field sales, or business development in industrial sectors.
Strong understanding of industrial processes, including heat transfer and/or separation technologies.
Ability to translate customer needs into clear technical and commercial value propositions.
Strong relationship-building skills with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English.
Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

Drive sales of industrial process solutions across energy, process industries, recycling, biofuels, biochemicals, and circular economy sectors.
Develop and grow long-term partnerships with customers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and convert them into revenue growth.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to quotation, negotiation and closing deals.
Work closely with customers to understand processes and propose optimized, value-driven solutions.
Collaborate with application engineers, service teams, and internal experts to deliver tailored solutions.
Develop and execute account strategies to maximize long-term customer value.
