Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Medical Sales Representative for Surgical Innovations in Poland. The role covers the Kuyavian-Pomeranian and Greater Poland Voivodeships, with a preferred residence in Toruń, Bydgoszcz or Poznań.

Travel across the territory is expected to support hospitals and operating rooms with surgical stapling, electrosurgery, and hemostatic products. Responsibilities include building relationships with healthcare professionals, delivering product presentations, and driving

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• English language skills sufficient for professional business communication.
• Strong presentation and training abilities to convey complex information.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Medtronic products across Kuyavian-Pomeranian and Greater Poland Voivodeships, focusing on surgical solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs, develop sales opportunities and propose value-driven solutions.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations and educational sessions for clinicians and staff.
• Provide market feedback to internal teams and support regional sales planning.
