In this role, you will develop the business across the Kuyavian-Pomeranian and Greater Poland Voivodeships, working with a broad portfolio that includes surgical stapling systems, electrosurgery solutions and hemostatic products. This is an opportunity to combine consultative selling, clinical education and long-term customer partnership within a global leader in healthcare technology. This is a field-based role with a preferred place of residence in Toruń, Bydgoszcz or Poznań. Regular travel throughout the assigned territory is required to support hospitals, operating room teams, procurement departments and other key stakeholders. You will work independently while collaborating closely with sales, marketing, operations and clinical partners, and you will be responsible for developing opportunities, managing customer relationships and delivering agreed commercial objectives.
