Qualifications

• University degree in technical, biotechnical, medical, physiotherapy, biology or business.
• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Strong English (written and spoken) and Polish language skills.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Customer focus with a collaborative, ethical approach.

Responsibilities

• Sell the full range of products to hospitals and healthcare professionals in central Poland.
• Manage accounts in lubelskie/mazowieckie and ensure quality of service delivery.
• Collaborate with the Surgical Innovations team to maximize opportunities.
• Present commercial offers and close complex negotiations.
