Job summary
BD is seeking an Application Specialist to support customers after the sale and during solution implementation across hospitals, private laboratories, or research institutions. You will provide product and application expertise to customers and the sales team, build relationships, and deliver training for new solutions.
The role covers Northern and Western Poland with travel to Pomorskie, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, and Wielkopolskie regions. English level required is B1-B2.
Qualifications
- Degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Laboratory Diagnostics, Biology or Life Sciences.
- 2+ years of experience in a laboratory, diagnostics, medical device, or related environment.
- Good understanding of laboratory workflows and diagnostic processes.
- English at communicative level (B1-B2).
Responsibilities
- Support customers in resolving technical issues related to laboratory instruments and reagents.
- Provide product and application expertise to customers and the sales team.
- Build and maintain relationships with laboratory professionals and key customers.
- Work closely with Sales Representatives and Account Managers throughout the customer journey.
- Deliver product training and support the implementation of new solutions.
