Job summary

Becton, Dickinson, and Company (BD) Poland is seeking a Clinical Specialist to deliver clinical training and expert guidance to healthcare professionals. The role requires extensive travel and collaboration with medical, marketing and commercial teams to improve patient outcomes.

Candidate should have hospital experience as a nurse or in a clinical role, strong analytical and presentation skills, and be fluent in Polish with conversational English.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Clinical Specialist role OR nursing background with hospital experience (3+ years).
• Analytical thinking with a structured approach and commercial awareness.
• Experience presenting to groups and facilitating discussions with confidence.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems; willing to learn new technologies.
• Fluent in Polish and conversational in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured product and educational training programs for healthcare professionals across multiple levels of complexity.
• Provide clinical support and consulting to healthcare professionals in line with national and international guidelines.
• Coordinate customer projects with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and optimize processes.
• Facilitate implementation of service solutions, including best practice training and e-learning programs.
• Build and maintain credible relationships with key opinion leaders and professional societies.
• Gather and share medical insights to inform evidence generation and business strategies.
• Participate in scientific exchange, exhibitions, workshops, and information events.
• Document project processes and analyze performance using available data systems.
