Job summary

BD is a global medical technology leader seeking an Application Specialist to support customers after sale and during solution implementation. This field-based role covers Northern and Western Poland, with regular visits across Pomorskie, Kujawsko-Pomorskie and Wielkopolskie regions.

You will resolve technical issues, provide product and application expertise to customers and the sales team, build relationships with laboratory professionals, and deliver training while staying current on product

Qualifications

• Degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Laboratory Diagnostics, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a laboratory, diagnostics, medical device, or related environment.
• Good understanding of laboratory workflows and diagnostic processes.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• English at a communicative level (B1-B2).

Responsibilities

• Support customers in resolving technical issues related to laboratory instruments and reagents.
• Provide product and application expertise to customers and the sales team.
• Build and maintain relationships with laboratory professionals and key customers.
• Work closely with Sales Representatives and Account Managers throughout the customer journey.
• Deliver product training and support the implementation of new solutions.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
