Job summary

Becton, Dickinson, and Company is seeking an Application Specialist to support customers after sale and during solution implementation across Northern and Western Poland. The role involves field visits, product training, and collaboration with Sales Representatives to drive successful implementations.

Ideal candidates have a life sciences degree and 2+ years of laboratory experience, with strong problem-solving and communication skills and English at a communicative level (B1–B2).

About the Role

The Application Specialist supports customers both after the sale and during solution implementation, as well as throughout the sales process. The goal is to enhance knowledge and awareness necessary for decision‑making or for introducing procedural changes in hospitals, private laboratories, or research institutions, based on accurate and expert information about the product or solution. This field‑based position covers Northern and Western Poland. We welcome applications from candidates living in the Pomorskie, Kujawsko‑Pomorskie, or Wielkopolskie regions and who are comfortable with regular customer visits across the territory.

What You’ll Do:

• Support customers in resolving technical issues related to laboratory instruments and reagents.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Laboratory Diagnostics, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a laboratory, diagnostics, medical device, or related environment.
• Good understanding of laboratory workflows and diagnostic processes.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• English at a communicative level (B1‑B2).
