Job summary

BD is seeking an Application Specialist to support customers after the sale and during solution implementation across Northern and Western Poland, including Pomorskie. You will visit laboratories and hospitals to provide product and application expertise, train users, and help drive adoption of BD solutions.

The role requires a degree in Microbiology or Life Sciences and 2+ years of lab or diagnostics experience, with strong troubleshooting and good English (B1–B2).

Qualifications

• Degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Laboratory Diagnostics, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a laboratory, diagnostics, medical device, or related environment.
• Good understanding of laboratory workflows and diagnostic processes.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• English at a communicative level (B1-B2).

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues related to laboratory instruments and reagents.
• Provide product and application expertise to customers and the sales team.
• Build and maintain relationships with laboratory professionals and key customers.
• Work closely with Sales Representatives and Account Managers throughout the customer journey.
• Deliver product training and support the implementation of new solutions.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
