Job summary

Clibiya in Warsaw is seeking a Fertilizer Trader to own the end-to-end trading cycle across Europe, sourcing from global producers and selling to distributors, agro-centers, and end-users in Poland and beyond.

You will analyze market movements, develop trading strategies, and build lasting relationships with producers, clients, agents and brokers. The role offers direct impact on trading books and uncapped upside in a fast-growing commodity group.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken & written).
• Entrepreneurial spirit with commercial drive.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and trade documentation.

Responsibilities

• Source fertilizers from global suppliers and negotiate purchase terms.
• Sell to distributors, agro-centers, and large end-users in Poland and Eastern Europe.
• Analyze fertilizer market trends, input costs, and seasonal dynamics.
• Negotiate and structure commercial contracts (Incoterms, pricing, payment terms).
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Build and grow a client and supplier portfolio, managing your own P&L.
• Maintain market intelligence through producers, clients, agents, and brokers.
• Attend key industry events to stay connected to the market.
