Job summary

LSEG is seeking an experienced Research Analyst to join the Agriculture Research Team in Poland. The role focuses on building global fertiliser supply and demand analysis while supporting price assessments across European vegetable oils, meals and grains markets.

You will work with regional colleagues to deliver market reports and insights. Requirements include at least two years in agricultural or commodity markets, fluent English, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of physical commodity markets including price formation and trade flows.
• Minimum two years’ experience in agricultural or commodity markets.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and develop global supply and demand analysis for fertiliser markets.
• Monitor fertiliser production, consumption, trade flows, inventories, prices, policy developments and other relevant drivers.
• Produce regular fertiliser market reports, forecasts and in-depth analysis.
• Develop datasets and repeatable workflows supporting fertiliser market coverage.
• Translate complex market developments and data into clear, timely insights for customers.
• Support price assessments and market commentaries for European vegetable oils, meals and grains.
• Maintain accuracy and relevance of agriculture price assessments and related content.
• Contribute to regular agriculture market reports and ad hoc publications.
• Engage with industry participants and present market insights to customers.
