Job summary

Nutri Partners in Poland seeks an experienced trader to run full international B2B trading activities, building a portfolio of clients and markets while scaling the business across Europe. You will manage client and supplier relationships, negotiate margins, and participate in industry events and onboarding processes.

You will collaborate with logistics, finance and marketing teams and may mentor junior traders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in international or B2B trading.
• Proactivity and independence; you create opportunities.
• Excellent client communication for commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Running the full sales and/or purchasing process from lead to delivery.
• Managing relationships with existing clients and suppliers.
• Developing new markets or product categories.
• Attending industry meetings and trade fairs (online and in-person).
• Collaborating with logistics, finance and marketing teams.
• Optionally mentoring junior traders.
