Job summary

PepsiCo Krakow office is seeking a Facility Procurement Senior Coordinator to manage supplier records, purchase orders in MyBuy and SAP, and verify invoices. The role collaborates with the KCC Infrastructure team, Finance Lead, and external partners to support procurement and budget processes.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with strong Excel and data-analysis skills, English proficiency, and experience with invoices and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience with invoices, purchase orders, and vendor management processes.
• Ability to review invoices and supporting financial documentation; strong communication with suppliers.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with excellent stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Create, update supplier records in procurement systems.
• Create, track, and manage purchase orders in MyBuy and SAP for the Krakow office.
• Analyze invoices and validate them against approved purchase orders.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of procurement and supplier data.
• Support invoice reconciliation and resolve discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain communication with external suppliers regarding orders, invoices, and documentation.
• Collaborate with KCC Infrastructure team and Finance Lead on spending and budget management.
• Work with business owners responsible for purchase requests and orders.
• Prepare Excel-based analyses, reports, and summaries for FP&A.
• Monitor purchasing activities and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Support process improvements related to procurement, invoicing, and vendor management; ensure compliance.
