PepsiCo Inc. in Kraków’s city-centre office is hiring an HR Ops Associate Analyst within the HR Quality Assurance team. You will act as SME and manage employee services processes and transactions per service catalog and SLAs under supervision.

You will own the scope, support other HR delivery teams, and serve as a point of contact for escalations, collaborating with global markets to meet SLAs and CSAT targets while driving process improvements.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in HR or Payroll enviroment.
• Proficiency in English and French.
• Service management and ticket management system experience.
• Customer orientation and ability to work across geographies.
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills (Macro a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver services at defined SLAs and KPIs with continuous improvement.
• Ensure high level of customer service and compliance with legal and process requirements.
• Liaise with People Operations teams for accurate master data administration.
• Maintain trackers, lead monthly/quarterly progress calls, and provide updates.
• Manage escalations and coordinate issue resolution.
• Support onboarding, training, and documentation; update knowledge base.
• Act as contact for Payroll for data queries and admin support.
• Maintain HR systems data integrity and confidentiality.
• Provide process progress, governance and timely case processing.
• Identify data integrity issues across HR/Payroll systems.
• Coordinate audits (SOx) and engage with stakeholders to drive improvements.
