Job summary

Faerch Group in Siemianowice Śląskie is seeking a Site Facilities Manager to lead technical operations, facility and infrastructure programs aligned with the Operations Platform. You will manage buildings, utilities and site infrastructure, own statutory inspections, lead CAPEX projects and provide support to production and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 years experience in industrial facility management, maintenance, plant engineering or technical operations.
• Leadership experience in an operational environment will be beneficial
• Experience in manufacturing environment required.
• Experience with CAPEX project management and contractor supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute site technical operations, facility and infrastructure programs aligned with the Operations Platform.
• Manage buildings, roofs, roads, yards and site infrastructure.
• Ensure availability of utilities: electricity, water, compressed air, cooling, HVAC and wastewater systems.
• Own statutory inspections and legal compliance for buildings and technical infrastructure.
• Manage fire protection systems and emergency preparedness.
• Manage physical security, access control, CCTV-related operational responsibilities and contractor controls, in alignment with the agreed site responsibility split.
• Manage the site forklift fleet, ensuring availability, compliance, maintenance and inspections in cooperation with external service providers.
• Lead facility CAPEX projects and external engineering works.
• Provide technical services and infrastructure support to production, maintenance and plant engineering teams.
• Manage service contracts, budgets and procurement requirements, and lead site surveys with suppliers.
• Manage and supervise direct reports.
• Drive energy efficiency and sustainability of infrastructure assets.
• Ensure business continuity and emergency response readiness.
