Job summary

Færch Plast Group in Siemianowice Śląskie seeks a Site Facilities Leader to develop and run technical operations, ensuring critical utilities and infrastructure support for production. You will lead CAPEX projects, supervise teams, and manage external contractors to keep the site compliant and efficient.

The role requires a university engineering degree, at least 2 years in facility management in manufacturing, leadership experience a plus, and English at B2 level or higher.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 years experience in industrial facility management, maintenance or plant engineering.
• Experience leading in an operational environment is beneficial.
• Manufacturing experience required and CAPEX project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute site technical operations, facility and infrastructure programs.
• Manage buildings, roofs, roads, yards and site infrastructure.
• Ensure utilities are available: electricity, water, compressed air, cooling, HVAC and wastewater systems.
• Own statutory inspections and legal compliance for buildings and infrastructure.
• Oversee fire protection systems, emergency preparedness and security measures.
• Manage site service contracts, budgets and procurement with suppliers.
