Job summary

Antal is seeking an experienced Senior Facility & Infrastructure Engineer to join our manufacturing client’s site in Poland. You will maintain and develop plant buildings, infrastructure and utilities, and lead investment projects with a high degree of independence.

The role requires a technical degree, 4–5 years in facility engineering, and hands-on experience with electrical, HVAC, water, gas, fire-protection systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field related to facilities or engineering.
• 4–5 years of experience in facility maintenance or plant engineering.
• Proven track record delivering investment projects for buildings/utilities.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, water, gas and fire-protection systems.
• Good English and driving license (B).

Responsibilities

• Ensure technical condition, reliability and safety of buildings and installations.
• Plan and manage investment projects for plant infrastructure and utilities.
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules and investment justifications.
• Coordinate works from concept to handover with external partners.
• Supervise contractors and service providers ensuring quality and budget.
• Manage maintenance contracts for buildings and infrastructure.
• Monitor utilities consumption and optimize energy efficiency.
• Ensure continuity of utility supply and risk prevention.
• Coordinate inspections, audits, repairs and corrective actions.
• Maintain technical docs, drawings, contracts and records.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental regs.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, EHS, Finance and partners.
