Creotec sp. z o.o. in Katowice is seeking a Site Manager to lead the construction of sanitary and transmission networks for industrial and public projects across Poland.

You will coordinate in-house crews, manage live site operations, and ensure safety, quality, and timely handover. The role involves working on multiple sites nationwide with a hands-on leadership style.

The position is full-time, with project-based assignments and a direct line to contract management on strategic client projects.

Competenze

• Construction licence to manage works in installation speciality.
• Experience on external network or sanitary installation sites.
• Knowledge of construction law, standards and health and safety rules.
• Category B driving licence and willingness to work on sites in various locations.

Mansioni

• Organising and supervising works on water, sewer, gas, district heating or fire-fighting networks
• Coordinating in-house gangs and plant, and monitoring progress against the schedule
• Keeping site and handover records, working with the surveying team and construction supervision
• Maintaining health, safety and quality on site - including on live operating plants
• Liaising with the client and coordinating with other disciplines
