Job summary

Personal Consulting Agency is recruiting for an Expert IT Analyst with T24/Transact to join a banking program. The role requires deep experience with T24/Transact and senior-level BA/IT analysis across large programs.

You will collect and document requirements, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and support migration from legacy systems to the banking platform. Nordic bank exposure is a nice-to-have, Hadoop experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with T24 / Transact and banking platforms.
• Minimum 10 years as Senior BA/IT Analyst.
• Experience in large-scale programs (~300+ employees).
• Strong knowledge of banking products.
• Ability to gather, document, and manage requirements through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collect business requirements from stakeholders within program.
• Analyze and document requirements as features and user stories.
• Drive requirements from elicitation through documentation to handover to development teams.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across a complex environment with numerous dependencies.
• Support migration from legacy systems to banking platform.
• Quickly understand business and technical contexts and onboard efficiently to the program.
