Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking an Expert IT Analyst with T24/Transact to join a major banking program in Warsaw. You will collect business requirements from stakeholders and drive them from elicitation through documentation to handover to development teams.

The role demands minimum 10 years as a Senior BA or Senior IT Analyst, proven experience in large-scale programs with 300+ staff, and strong knowledge of banking products. Nice to have Nordic bank exposure and Hadoop experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience with T24 / Transact
Strong experience in the banking sector
Professional knowledge of banking products
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst
Experience in large-scale programs with 300+ employees
Ability to gather, document, and manage requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle

Responsibilities

Collect business requirements from stakeholders within program
Analyze and document requirements as features and user stories
Drive requirements from elicitation through documentation to handover to development teams
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across a complex environment with numerous dependencies
Support migration from legacy systems to banking platform
Onboard efficiently to the program and understand business/technical context
