Job summary

Hunter International is seeking an end-user IT support specialist in Poland to maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals in an enterprise setting. You will ensure devices are ready for end users and handle standard imaging.

duties include installing/reimaging devices, configuring network/domain settings, and applying OS/app updates in a VDI environment. NATO/NCIA exposure and ITIL knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• End-user IT support in an enterprise/operational environment.
• Device setup, reimaging, and software installation.
• VDI-based environment experience.
• Experience in NATO/NCIA environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices.
• Experience supporting CIS deployments for exercises.

Responsibilities

• Installing and reinstalling desktop workstations and laptops using the approved standard image;
• Configuring basic settings (network, domain access, required applications) to ensure devices are ready for end users;
• Applying OS and application updates to keep devices secure and operational.
